摘  要:反应槽是一类特殊的工艺设备,其内为腐蚀性高温介质,工艺设计上对磷酸反应槽的施工质量要求极为苛刻,对钢筋混凝土槽体施工精细化管理也提出了很高的要求。模板、混凝土工程及成品保护为钢筋混凝土反应槽主体结构中最关键的工序,直接影响着混凝土槽体的强度、尺寸的精确性和混凝土表面光洁度、平整度,这些都是槽体的核心质量指标。Reaction tank is a kind of special process equipment, inside of which is corrosive high-temperature medium. Process design has extremely strict requirements on the construction quality of phosphoric acid reaction tank, and also high demands on the fine management of the construction of reinforced concrete tank. Formwork, concrete work and finished tank protection are the most critical sections in building the main structure of reinforced concrete reaction tank, which directly affect the strength and size accuracy of the tank, as well as the smoothness and flatness of the concrete surface. These are the core quality indicators of the tank.
