摘　　要：随着近几年新生儿急危重症救治水平的提高,在其死亡率降低的同时脑瘫患儿发病率却呈上升趋势。由此黄茂主任医师根据多年临床经验提出“益康法”治疗脑性瘫痪,“益”即益智,包括针刺疗法、“益智”推拿、脑循环治疗仪及外源性营养神经药物介入等。“康”即伴有主动运动的全面康复疗法。临床康复治疗以“益智”为先导,倡导主动运动,充分调动患儿积极性,并将主动运动理念融入中西医结合全面康复中,将益智、主动运动、全面康复三者有机结合。黄师也尤为注重“三早”原则,即早发现、早诊断、早治疗,以便抢抓治疗时机,缩短康复治疗疗程,提高患儿日常生活能力,让患儿尽早重返社会。“益康法”在临床实践中取得良好疗效,为临床治疗脑性瘫痪儿童提供新的治疗思路。In recent years, with the improvement of the emergency treatment level of neonates, the mortality rate of children is decreasing, but the incidence of children with cerebral palsy is on the rise. According to many years of clinical experience, Mr.Huang Mao, chief physician, proposed Yikang method to treat cerebral palsy. Yi (益) refers to Yizhi(Conducive to intelligence).The method involves acupuncture therapy, Yizhi tuina, brain circulation therapeutic instrument and exogenous neurotrophic drug intervention.Kang(康) is a comprehensive rehabilitation therapy with active movement.The clinical rehabilitation treatment is guided by Yizhi,which advocates active movement, fully arouses the enthusiasm of children, integrates the concept of active movement into the comprehensive rehabilitation of integrated Chinese and Western medicine, and organically integrates the three aspects of Yizhi,active movement and comprehensive rehabilitation. Mr.Huang also pays special attention to the principle of “three early”, that is, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment, so as to seize the opportunity of treatment, shorten the rehabilitation course, improve the activity of daily living of children, and let children return to society as soon as possible.Yikang method has achieved good curative effect in clinical practice, which provides a new treatment idea for children with cerebral palsy.
