摘  要:湿法磷酸净化一直是磷酸工业的一大难题,制备成本低廉、操作简单并且净化效果好的除杂剂是化工行业的研究问题。本文采用牡蛎壳粉和碳酸钠制备复合除杂剂对湿法磷酸中镁离子和硫酸根离子同时进行净化,净化后硫酸根去除率为88.73%,镁离子去除率为51.74%,而磷酸损失率为2.33%,经过净化后的磷酸完全可以用于生产磷肥。Purification of wet process phosphoric acid has been a main problem in the phosphoric acid industry. The preparation of low cost, simple operation and good purification effect cleaning reagent has been the pursuit of chemistry industry. In this paper, the use of oyster shell powder and sodium carbonate to prepare compound cleaning-reagent to purify Mg2+ and SO42- of wet process phosphoric acid at once, the experimental results show that the removal rate of SO42- is 88.73 %, the Mg2+ is 51.74 % and the loss rate of phosphoric acid only is 2.33 %. The purified phosphoric acid can be used for the production of phosphate fertilizer. Keywords: wet-process phosphoric acidpurifyoyster shell powder.
