摘　　要：首先,在林业产业链和旅游产业链相关理论基础上,结合森林旅游发展现状,提出“林业-旅游”生态产业链的理念和理想模型。然后,分析了该产业链对农户可能产生的功能作用:增加就业机会,保持社会稳定;合理优化资源配置,实现资源价值最大化;提高农产品附加值,促进农户收益增加;鼓励农户亲环境行为,促进生态宜居实现。最后,提出提高农户适应产业链发展的保障体系:建立政策保障体系,为提高农户适应性提供明确的制度指引;建立经济保障体系,为提高农户适应性提供稳定的财政扶持;建立服务保障体系,为提高农户适应性提供良好的外部环境;建立信息保障体系,为提高农户适应性提供便捷的资讯网络。⑴Background——Most of China's forest areas have experienced slow economic development,and forestry developments are based on extensive style,which has produced a single industrial structure.Although the development of forest tourism has effectively solved the contradiction between the protection and utilization of forest resources,it has also changed the resource and environmental conditions and traditional livelihood methods for the farmers in the forest area.Due to lack of funds and technology,farmers have been in a weak position for a long time in the production and profit distribution of forest tourism.The construction of forest tourism industry chain can not only promote the cooperation between isolated forest areas and the outside world and promote the modernization of forestry,but also provide new ways for farmers to get employment and generate income,and finally improve the adaptability of farmers.⑵Methods——Through literature review and field investigation,this study deeply analyzes the concept and connotation of forestry industry chain and tourism one on the basis of relevant policies and researches.Finally,with the aim of improving the adaptability of farmers,the concept,connotation,model and operation mechanism of the“Forest-Tourism”ecological industrial chain were put forward.⑶Results——Based on the understanding of the connotation of“Forestry-Tourism”Ecological Industry Chain,in this paper the basic structure of the Forestry-Tourism ecological chain is divided into three parts:Leading industry,production process,forestry tourism and ecological services.The research and development of Agro-forestry technology,tourism planning and development,product packaging and further processing are dominant in this industry chain.The production process provides the foundation for the development of eco-tourism,which includes five steps:pre-production,in-production,processing,selling,and recycling.Forestry tourism and ecological service include sightseeing tours,science education and food an
