摘　　要：湿地被称作“地球之肾”。湿地公园是以湿地为主体包含生态、旅游、科教、文化以及艺术等多种价值的公园形式,作为湿地保护体系的重要途径,湿地公园可以充分实现区域湿地完整性,保护生物多样性,发挥生态服务功能。文章以黄河水乡国家湿地公园为例,根据湿地公园的现状和周围环境条件,依据生态保护优先、可持续发展、湿地资源合理利用、突出地域文化特色、体验参与的设计原则,以“优先保护生态环境、完整展现湿地景观,提炼传承地域文化、引导公众融入自然”为设计理念,将公园划分为休闲娱乐区、科普宣教区、恢复重建区、农渔体验区和生态保育区5个功能分区,形成“一环、一带、三核、五区”的规划布局,力争营造兼具生态功能、社会功能和经济功能的黄河流域代表性湿地公园。The wetlands are called"the kidney of the earth."Wetland Park is a form of park where wetland is the main body including various values of ecology,tourism,science,education,culture and art.As an important way of wetland protection system,the wetland park can fully realize the integrity of regional wetland,protect biodiversity and play an ecological role in service function.The article takes the Yellow River Water Country National Wetland Park as an example.According to the current situation of the wetland park and surrounding environmental conditions,based on the design principles of the ecological protection priority,sustainable development,rational use of wetland resources,highlighting regional cultural characteristics and experience participation,with the design concept of protecting ecological environment,the complete display of the wetland landscape,the refinement of the regional culture,and the guidance of the public into the nature,the park is divided into five functional zones:recreation and entertainment zone,science education zone,restoration and reconstruction zone,agricultural and fishery experience zone and ecological conservation zone.The planning layout of“one ring,one belt,three cores,five districts”is formed.It is supposed to create a representative wetland park in the Yellow River Basin that combines ecological,social and economic functions.
