摘 要:随着和睦山铁矿的持续开采,在回采至各中段近顶柱位置时地压等各种问题开始凸显。亟需确定合理的进路结构参数,为后观音山矿段近顶柱矿体安全回采提供依据。以此为基础,采用ANSYS对不同结构参数下的进路进行模拟,分析其应力分布特征及安全系数变化趋势,得到不同矿岩稳定性条件下的进路参数优化结果。通过实际工况的对比,最终确定宽度为3.0 m,高度为3.0~4.0 m的近顶柱进路结构参数。该优化研究充分保障了后观音山矿段近顶柱矿体的安全高效回采,为类似条件的采场提供参考依据。With the continuous mining of the Hemushan Iron Mine,various problems such as ground pressure at the position of the near-top column in each middle section began to be highlighted.It is necessary to determine the reasonable structural parameters of the approach to provide the basis for the safe mining of the near-top column in Houguanyinshan mine section.Based on this,its paper uses ANSYS to simulate the approach of different structural parameters.Analyzing the stress distribution characteristics and the change trend of safety factor.Therefore obtaining the optimization results of the access parameters under different ore stability conditions.Finally,determining width 3.0 m,height 3.0~4.0 m of different structural parameters by comparison of actual working conditions.This optimization study guarantees the safe and efficient mining of the near-top column ore in Houguanyinshan mine section Provide a reference basis for the stope in similar condition.
