摘  要:膨润土作为一种具有许多独特性能的非金属矿物材料被广泛应用于诸多工业领域。以福建武平地区的膨润土资源为原料,在钠化剂NaCO3用量4%、老化时间3 d、提纯分散剂用量1%,离心提纯浓度10.9%,离心机转数为1900 r/min,离心时间3.5 min条件下钠化;钠化后膨润土有机覆盖反应温度70~80℃,有机覆盖剂十八烷基三甲基氯化铵用量为42%。在此条件下得到的有机膨润土黏度为4200 MPa·s,为该膨润土资源优势转变成经济优势提供了数据支撑。Bentonite is widely used in many industrial fields as a non-metallic mineral material with many unique properties.Organic soil was prepared by bentonite resources in Wuping area of Fujian as raw material,with NaCO3 dosage of 4%,aging time was 3 d,dosage of purification dispersant was 1%,the centrifuge concentration was 10.9%,the centrifuge revolution was 1900 r/min,the centrifuge time was 3.5 min.The reaction temperature of organic mulching was 70~80℃,and the amount of organic mulching agent octadecyl trimethylammonium chloride was 42%.Under such conditions,the viscosity of the organobentonite was 4200 MPa·s,which provided support for the transformation of the resource advantage of the bentonite into an economic advantage.
