摘　　要：针对外商直接投资具有独特动机的鲜明特征,通过利用2006—2016年中国29个省份的面板数据,从空间维度探究了技术追寻型FDI和市场导向型FDI对中国工业绿色创新效率的空间外溢效应,并结合人力资本流动和经济资本流动等指标构建静态和动态相结合的空间权重矩阵,并利用具有贝叶斯修正效应的空间杜宾固定效应模型进行估计。结果表明,技术追寻型FDI对工业绿色创新效率有显著的负向直接效应和空间溢出效应;而市场导向型FDI对工业绿色创新效率有显著的正向直接效应和空间溢出效应。In view of the distinctive characteristic of unique motives for foreign direct investment,by using the panel data of 29 provinces in China from 2006 to 2016,this paper explored the spatial spillover effects of technology-seeking FDI and market-oriented FDI on China s industrial green innovation from the spatial dimension.Combined with the indicators of human capital flow and economic capital flow,a static and dynamic spatial weight matrix was constructed to estimate the spatial Durbin fixed effect model with Bayesian correction effect.The results show that the technology-seeking FDI has a significant negative direct effect and spatial spillover effect on industrial green innovation efficiency;market-oriented FDI has a significant positive direct effect and spatial spillover effect on industrial green innovation efficiency.
