摘  要:针对光谱实验中常用的CCD1 WP1型平面光栅摄谱仪进行自动化改进,以达到设备自动测试样品,免去人工长时间值守的目的。改进方案采用多轴直线模组平台,伺服驱动,组成一套专用的上料结构。该套改进方案可以实现设备的自动上料、卸料、废料的自动回收、故障或者批次工作完成自动远程提醒的功能。批次可自动完成54根样品电极的检测工作,内置多种设备异常检测、物料空料检测、设备位置检测、上下电极端面间距检测多种检测功能,配合远程提醒功能,可以实现设备的无人值守,有效避免人力资源紧张,提高了实验效率,具有良好的经济效益和应用前景。This study is an automated improvement of the CCD1 WP1 planar grating spectrometer,which is often used in spectroscopy experiments.In order to achieve the purpose of automatically testing the sample to avoid artificial long-term duty.The improved scheme adopts a multi-axis linear module platform and servo drive to form a special loading and unloading structure.The improved scheme can realize the functions of automatic feeding,unloading,automatic waste recycling,automatic remote reminder function after failure or batch work completion.A group of 54 samples can be done automatically,built-in a variety of equipment anomaly detection,material empty material detection,equipment position detection,upper and lower electrode end face spacing detection a variety of detection functions,with remote reminder function,can achieve equipment no one on-the-job,effectively avoiding the shortage of human resources,improving the efficiency of the experiment,with good economic benefits and application prospects.
