摘 要:化成是铅酸蓄电池生产过程的一个很重要的工序。目前,铅酸蓄电池生产已基本完成了从极板外化成到电池内化成方式的转变。传统的化成工艺一般是3 d直流化成模式。为了达到节能减排、缩短生产周期的目的,对2 d脉冲内化成工艺进行了研究与探讨。利用化成充放电机、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电化学工作站、示波器等仪器,通过物相、电化学暂态、微结构观察、性能对比等分析测试手段,对传统的3 d直流内化成与2 d脉冲化成工艺进行了系统的对比分析,证实了2 d脉冲内化成工艺的可行性。At present,the production of lead-acid batteries has basically completed the transformation from plate formation to battery internalization formation(i.e.container formation).Formation is a very important process in the production process of lead-acid battery.In order to save energy,reduce emission and shorten the production cycle,the two-day pulse internalization process is studied and discussed in the traditional three-day direct fluidization process.In this paper,by means of chemical charging and discharging motor,X-ray diffractometer(XRD),electrochemical workstation,oscilloscope and other instruments,by means of phase analysis,electrochemical transient analysis,microstructure observation,performance comparison and so on,The traditional 3-day DC internalization process and 2-day pulse formation process are systematically compared and analyzed,and the feasibility of 2-day pulse internalization process is confirmed.
