摘  要:目的提高临床使用量表进行听觉言语康复效果评估的便利性,便于存档、查询以及后续取用数据进行统计分析。方法使用MATLAB图形用户界面进行界面设计及编程,开发听觉言语康复效果评估系统,将纸质的评估量表转化为电子量表,在评估界面上进行听觉康复效果评估,包括婴幼儿有意义听觉整合量表(IT-MAIS)、有意义听觉整合量表(MAIS)、有意义使用言语量表(MUSS)、听觉行为分级(CAP)问卷、言语可懂度分级(SIR)问卷,并且将量表评估的结果保存为Excel文件存储在计算机中。结果完成了听觉言语康复效果评估系统的设计,形成了基本信息录入、量表评估、数据查询三大界面。结论该听觉言语康复效果评估系统适用于儿童听障患者听觉言语康复效果的评估,有较高的便利性和良好的适应性。Objective To develope a clinical hearing and speech rehabilitation assessment system that could convert a large number of hard copy scales into electronic files in order to save storage space and manpower,and easily to store,check and facilitate statistical analysis.Methods We developed a hearing and speech rehabilitation assessment system that was completed by using MATLAB graphical user interface(GUI)for interface design and programming.This system converted hard copy scales into electronic scales,including infant-toddler meaningful auditory integration scale(IT-MAIS),meaningful auditory integration scale(MAIS),meaningful use of speech scale(MUSS),categories of auditory performance(CAP)and speech intelligibility rating(SIR).The rehabilitation assessment could be done on the interface and the results of clinical assessment could be saved as an excel file.Results A hearing and speech rehabilitation assessment system consisting of basic information for the file interface capabilities has been designed and completed.Conclusion The designed system with high convenience and good adaptability is user friendly for hearing and speech rehabilitation assessment of children.
