摘  要:为研究宽温下螺压改性双基推进剂的温度尺寸效应,通过热机械分析仪分析了典型推进剂配方在-90~120℃下的轴向线膨胀行为和动态力学行为。结果表明,典型螺压改性双基推进剂在-90~120℃下出现了明显的膨胀行为,轴向形变和线膨胀系数最大值分别达到0.16 mm和4.5×10^-4℃^-1。其膨胀曲线大致可分为缓慢膨胀区、平台区、急速膨胀区和收缩区4个阶段,曲线中3个形变突变过程分别归属于黏结剂NC的β松弛、α松弛和黏流转变。使用温度从-40~50℃拓宽至-55~70℃时,其下限温度的降低对螺压改性双基推进剂的结构尺寸稳定性影响较小,而上限温度从50℃升高至70℃,线膨胀系数从1.55×10^-4℃^-1迅速升高至2.72×10^-4℃^-1,螺压改性双基推进剂出现明显的尺寸膨胀行为。此外,随着初始加载温度的升高,螺压改性双基推进剂轴向膨胀曲线中的转变及黏流转变明显移向低温。To investigate the temperature-size effect of screw extrusion modified double-base propellant at wide temperature range,the thermo-mechanical analyzer was employed to measure the linear expansion behavior and dynamic mechanical performance of typical formulation at the temperature range of-90—120℃.The results reveal that the typical propellant exhibits obvious linear expansion behavior,which the maximum axial deformation and linear expansion coefficient reach to 0.16 mm and 4.5×10^-4℃^-1,respectively.Its expansion curve can be roughly divided into four stages:slow expansion zone,platform zone,rapid expansion zone and shrinkage zone,which the three deformation mutation processes in the curves could be associated withβtransition,αtransition and viscous transition of NC binder.Furthermore,the drop of lower limit temperature does not have much influence on the dimensional stability of the typical propellant with the temperature reduce from-40℃to-55℃.On the other hand,when the upper limit temperature increases from 50℃to 70℃,the linear expansion coefficient rapidly increases from 1.55×10^-4℃^-1 to 2.72×10^-4℃^-1,indicating that the obvious expansion behavior appeared for this propellant.It should be also noted that the initial loading temperature strongly affect the axial expansion behavior of screw extrusion modified double-base propellant.It should be also noted that the temperature ofαtransition and viscous transition shifts to low values with the initial loading temperature increases.
