摘　　要：现行党章作为时代发展的结果,随着时代的发展,理所当然需要修改完善。本文考虑到在保持现行党章总体稳定的前提下,秉持科学规范、完整系统、精致严密、适用管用等原则,根据结构和功能的相关知识以及党和党内法规的现状,分别从总纲和条文两部分,提出若干修改完善建议。As a development outcome of times, the current party constitution naturally needs to be modified and perfected. Considering the premise of maintaining the overall stability of current party constitution, the paper adheres to the principle of science and standard, completeness and system, fineness and closeness, application and effectiveness, and puts forward some suggestions for modifying and perfecting the general principles and articles according to the relevant knowledge of structure and function, and the current situation of the party and party regulations.
