摘 要:在大型复杂产品生产研制过程中,跨地域设计与生产已成为普遍现象,因此,开展异地协同是一项重要工作。由于大部分企业内部采用PLM系统作为产品设计制造数据管理系统,如何基于PLM系统在专网中实现大规模异地协同成为当前需要解决的重要问题。因为很多企业选用Teamcenter构建PLM系统,所以基于Teamcenter的异地协同相关技术研究更加紧迫。使用语义网络模型分析了Teamcenter高互动异地协同的功能,并提出了技术方案,包括Teamcenter中心站点的搭建、三维异地可视化会议系统、三维模型异地共享、异地电子分发、异地签署以及异地更改信息等,并通过2个航天企业进行了验证。In the process of production and development of large and complex products,it is often necessary to cross domain collaboration with the design and process.It is an important work to carry out cooperative work in different places.Owing to most enterprises adopt PLM system as product design and manufacture data management,how to realize large-scale different places collaboration based on PLM system in private network has become an important problem that needs to be resolved at present.As many enterprises choosing Teamcenter to build PLM system,the research on cross domain collaborative technology based on Teamcenter is more pressing.The semantic network model was used to analyze the function of Teamcenter’s high interaction and remote collaboration,and the technical scheme was put forward.Include the construction of the Teamcenter center-site,3D visualization conference system,3D model sharing in different places,electronic distribution in different places,electronic signature in different places,and electronic change in different places etc.It had been verified through two aerospace enterprises.
