摘　　要：设计了一种应用于直缝钢管检测线上的多工位检测设备,阐述了其结构、工作方式及控制原理。该设备具有操作直观、运行可靠和稳定性强等优点。通过实践证明,该设备可完全适应直缝钢管生产线生产要求,并极大提高了钢管生产线的生产效率和产能。A multi-station detection equipment applied to the straight seam steel pipe inspection line was designed,and its structure,working way and working principle were mainly elaborated.The equipment has the advantages of intuitive and reliable operation and strong stability.Practice proven,it fully adapts to the production requirement of straight seam steel pipe production line,and greatly improves the production efficiency and production capacity of the production line.
