摘  要:低温潜液泵通过自身重力置于泵井内,泵体的动态特性对整机振动与可靠性有很大影响。针对泵体的动态特性开展结构优化设计,通过CAD/CAE联合仿真优化平台,以泵体11个结构参数为变量,建立完整的参数化几何模型,模拟实际工况进行谐响应分析,得出泵体的共振频率及幅值等动态特性;以泵体一阶共振频率为优化目标,保持泵体的质量不变,采用优化设计工具进行灵敏度分析,得出泵体结构参数与频率和质量的灵敏度函数;运用MATLAB软件对泵体灵敏度函数进行多参数优化计算,通过仿真软件对优化的结果进行验证。结果表明,结构优化后泵体最大共振点的频率提高了14%,共振频率远离外部激励频率的裕度得到提高,泵体动态特性得到有效提升。Submerged cryopumps mounted on pump well by the force of gravity,that has an impact on vibration and reliability of pump body’s dynamic performance.A structure optimization was carried out by CAD/CAE integrated optimization platform considering the dynamic performance of pump body,through setting up complete parametric geometrical model by taking 11 different sizes as parameters,actual working states with carrying out harmonic response analysis was simulated,that got the dynamic performance of pump’s resonance frequency and amplitude.By taking the first resonance frequency of pump as optimized object without much changes on the mass,sensitivity function of pump body structure sizes with frequency and mass was concluded by design optimization tool of sensitivity analysis,then MATLAB software was used to calculate multi-parameter optimization of pump body’s sensitivity,and to verify the optimized results by numerical simulation.Optimized results show that the pump body’s frequency of highest resonance was raised by 14%in expanding the margin of resonance frequency away from external excitation frequency,which can improve the dynamic response of pump body.
