摘  要:通过共轭曲面原理、微分几何学对圆锥滚子弧面分度凸轮进行理论推导,提出基于齐次坐标变换的通用圆锥滚子弧面分度凸轮轮廓曲面方程建立方法;基于VB开发不可展直纹轮廓曲面数据采集系统;基于Creo建立分度凸轮机构的实体模型,通过Adams进行机构运动学仿真分析。验证实例仿真分析表明,圆锥滚子弧面分度凸轮机构设计满足预期要求。Construction method of the universal surface equation of the globoidal indexing cam mecha nism with tapered roller is presented based on transformation of homogeneous coordinate after the theoretical analysis of conjugate surface theory and the differential geometry.Data collection system of the undeveloped ruled surface points is developed based on VB and the 3D modeling of the indexing mechanism is set up in Creo.Motion simulation and analysis of the mechanism is carried out in Adams.Simulation example is carried out by the proposed method.The result shows that the designed globoidal indexing cam mechanism with tapered roller satisfied the indexing expectation.
