摘 要:针对山东某碳质板岩型含Au 3.8 g/t的矿石,采用常规氰化钠浸出金率仅为5.20%的现象,运用电子探针及电子显微镜等手段分析金的赋存状态,通过调整剂和捕收剂的遴选实验研究载金矿物的回收效果。结果表明:金呈次显微-超次显微结构存在,金集合体粒度仅为0.065~0.044μm,且矿石中裸露的自然金仅占11.87%,其余部分被硫化物及氧化物包裹;采用硅酸钠+硫化钠作为调整剂,730作为载金矿物的捕收剂,获得浮选金精矿含Au 50.40 g/t,回收率85.13%,精矿品位和回收率得到显著提高。This paper is aimed at addressing the leaching rate of Au of only 5.20%as occurs when conventional sodium cyanide solution is used to heap-leach gold deposit of carbonaceous slate type with content of Au 3.80 g/t in Shandong Province.Research shows that Au included by gold-bearing mineral,and submicroscopic-ultra submicroscopic structure of Au are main contributor to the lower leaching rate.Native gold with bare state in the ore is 11.87%,and the others are included by sulfide and oxide.Pyrite,the main gold-bearing mineral,has an occupation rate of Au of 92.06%,and the size of Au aggregates of 0.065-0.440μm,together with more clay minerals and a little amorphous carbonaceous.The study involves enriching gold-bearing minerals using flotation process according to ore properties;performing detailed research on regulator and collector;and thereby obtaining the concentrate content of Au 50.40 g/t and recovery rate of 85.13%by using sodium silicate and sodium sulfide for regulator,730 for collector.
