摘 要:为改善聚乙烯PE的热稳定、结晶和抗静电性能,以实验室自制的石墨烯GN为填料,选择二甲苯为溶剂,采用溶液共混技术制备PE/GN复合材料。选用XRD、FTIR、SEM和TEM对所制备样品进行表征,利用TG、DSC技术和高阻仪分析样品的性能。结果表明:GN通过提高PE的初始分解温度、最大分解温度和热分解活化能改善了PE的热稳定性能;GN提高了PE的熔点和结晶度,但随着GN质量分数的增加反而降低;GN降低了PE的体积比电阻8~9数量级。该研究成果为聚乙烯/石墨烯复合材料的制备和性能研究提供了理论依据和实验支撑。This paper aims to improve the thermal stability,crystallization and antistatic properties of PE.The study involves preparing PE/GN composites by solution blending using graphene GN made in the laboratory as filler and xylene as solvent;and characterizing the prepared samples using XRD,FTIR,SEM and TEM;investigating the thermal stability of the prepared samples using TG,DSC technology and high resistance meter.The results show that GN exhibits an improved thermal stability of PE due to an increase in the initial decomposition temperature,maximum decomposition temperature,and thermal decomposition activation energy;GN sees an improved melting point and crystallinity of PE,but followed by an decrease with the increase of GN mass fraction;and GN shows a reduction in PE volume to volume resistance by 8-9 orders of magnitude.The results could provide a theoretical basis and experimental support for the preparation and properties of polyethylene/graphene composites.
