天然气调压站噪声分析与降噪措施

摘　　要：介绍调压站噪声产生的原理及分类,对2座天然气调压站噪声现状进行测试和分析。介绍消声器(扩管式消声器、管道式消声器、笼式消声器)的结构及降噪原理。针对天然气调压站降噪,采用使用消声器、管道包覆吸声材料以及隔声箱的措施。The principle and classification of noise generation at regulator stations are introduced.The noise status of two natural gas regulator stations is tested and analyzed.The structure and noise reduction principle of mufflers(expanded pipe muffler,ducted muffler and cage muffler)are introduced.In order to reduce the noise of natural gas regulator stations,those measures,such as muffler,pipe coating sound absorption material and sound insulation boxes have been adopted.
