摘 要:根据标准齿轮弯曲疲劳强度试验方法,制定齿高系数、顶隙系数等齿形参数为非标准值时试验方案,根据试验方案中载荷级别,用ANSYS计算齿根弯曲应力;结合齿轮材料的性能参数,确定试验齿轮弯曲疲劳特性曲线及疲劳极限应力,采用局部应力应变法分析方法,研究齿高系数对齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命的影响。研究表明,用标准齿轮弯曲疲劳试验台来研究非标准齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命的方法具有有效性。齿高系数越大,齿根弯曲疲劳寿命越短,齿轮的弯曲承载能力越低。According to the test method of bending fatigue strength of standard gears,the test scheme is formulated when the tooth profile parameters such as tooth height coefficient and top clearance coefficient are non-standard values.According to the load level in the test scheme,the bending stress of the tooth root is calculated by ANSYS.Combining with the performance parameters of gear materials,the bending fatigue characteristic curve and fatigue limit of the test gears are determined.The influence of tooth height coefficient on the bending fatigue life of gears is studied by local stress-strain method.The results show that the method of using standard gear bending fatigue test-bed to study the bending fatigue life of non-standard gear is effective.The bigger the tooth height coefficient is,the shorter the bending fatigue life of the tooth root is,and the lower the bending bearing capacity of the gear is.
