基于数据挖掘分析呃逆的用药规律

摘　　要：目的分析中药治疗呃逆的用药规律,为临床治疗呃逆用药提供依据。方法在中国知网(CNKI)、维普期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WF)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中筛选近10年关于中药治疗呃逆的临床文献,对其有效方剂中药进行性味归经分布、频次、常用药对、核心处方组合进行数据分析。结果共纳入符合标准文献98篇,合计120个有效中药处方。呃逆用药药性以温、平类常见,药味以辛、苦、甘味为主,归经分布主要为脾、胃、肺经。使用频次较高的药物包括代赭石、甘草、法半夏、柿蒂、旋覆花等,处方中常用药对为代赭石-旋覆花。通过复杂网络分析得出核心处方组合为:代赭石、旋覆花、丁香、柿蒂、生姜、陈皮、法半夏、党参、甘草。结论中医治疗呃逆当标本兼顾,降逆止呃与益气补虚之药相互配伍,注重加强脾胃运化之功,巧妙利用宣肺之法调畅气机。Objective:To analyze the law of Chinese medicine in treating hiccup,and to provide basis for its clinical treatment. Methods:Clinical literature about herbs for hiccup in recent 10 years were selected from CNKI,VIP,WF and CBM,and data analysis was conducted on the distribution,frequency,common drug pairs and core prescription combinations of effective Chinese medicine prescriptions. Results:98 eligible literature and 120 effective Chinese medicine prescriptions were included. The drugs used for hiccup are warm and mild,and the main taste is pungent,bitter and sweet. The distribution of meridian tropism is mainly spleen,stomach and lung.The drugs used more frequently include red ochre,licorice,Pinellia ternate,persimmon,inula flowers,etc. In the prescription,the commonly used drug pair was red ochre and inula flowers. Through the complex network analysis,the core prescription combination was as follows:red ochre,inula flowers,clove,persimmon,ginger,dried tangerine peel,pinellia,dangshen,licorice. Conclusion:TCM treatment of hiccup should be based on both the incidental and the fundamental,with the ompatibility of drugs to reduce hiccup and invigorate Qi and tonify deficiency,pay attention to strengthening the function of spleen and stomach circulation and skillfully use the method of promoting lung to regulate Qi.
