摘  要:西宁—互助一级公路近3年交通量增长率达到了16%~35%,在旅游旺季和高峰期道路不能满足交通量增长的需求。为了解决西宁—互助一级公路项目改扩建施工期间道路服务水平下降、通行能力降低等问题,根据项目交通现状及发展特性,采取区域路网设置诱导分流点,项目出入口设置分流管制点来分流部分交通量,同时对分流后各路网交通量的承受能力进行了可行性评估,论证了项目施工期间交通分流方案切实可行,为保证项目改扩建施工顺利实施提供依据。The traffic growth rate of Xining-Huzhu grade 1 highway has reached to 16%~35%during the past three years.Therefore it cannot meet the needs of transportation growth in the peak tourist season and rush hour.In order to solve two problems which are the dropping road service level and the reduced transportation capacity of Xining to Huzhu grade 1 road project during the project reconstruction and extension.According to the recent traffic situation and development characteristics,the regional road network tap points and set exit and entrance diversion were used to shunt a part of traffic,.At the same time,we carried on fesibility evaluation of traffic capacity after shunting the road.It turned out that thetraffic diversion plan is fesible during project construction.It provides the basis of the smooth implement of project reconstruction and extension.
