不动产统一登记制度下农村不动产登记存在的问题及策略研究

摘　　要：不动产统一登记制度对不动产权利人合法权利起到重要保护作用,尤其是农村不动产登记,对于农民合法权益的保护以及农村经济的发展具有重大意义。但目前我国农村不动产登记制度还存在一些问题,例如法律法规不完善、信息化管理难落实、权属信息不统一、配套设施不健全等。本文梳理了不动产统一登记制度发展历程,对不动产统一登记制度的现状进行分析,针对目前农村不动产登记存在的一系列现实问题提出解决策略。The implementation of unified real estate registration system is significance,and it plays an important role in protecting the legitimate rights of real estate owners,especially for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and the development of rural economy in rural real.But at present,there are still some problems in the rural real estate registration system,such as the imperfect laws and regulations,the difficult implementation of information management,the inconsistent ownership information,and the imperfect supporting facilities.This paper untangles the development process of the unified real estate registration system,analyzes the current situation of the unified real estate registration system,and aims at a series of practical problems existing in the current rural real estate registration system Put forward solutions.
