摘　　要：孙中山临时大总统府(南京总统府)位于南京市玄武区长江路292号,是南京城市中心最重要的历史建筑群之一,也是全国重点文物保护单位。总统府具有极高的历史价值和艺术价值,其修缮受到社会各界的广泛关注。文章依托于总统府两处重要建筑--石舫、漪澜阁的修缮工程,对这两栋文物建筑进行历史研究、建筑测绘、破损分析,针对性地提出保护性修缮方案。Sun Yat-sen’s Temporary Presidential Palace(Nanjing Presidential Palace) is located at No. 292, Changjiang Road, Xuanwu District, Nanjing. It is one of the most important historical buildings in the Center of Nanjing and a national cultural relics and protection unit. Presidential palace has a very high historical value and artistic value, and its repair has received wide attention from all walks of life. Relying on the renovation of the two important buildings of the Presidential Palace-Marble Boat and Yilan Pavilion, the two cultural relics were subject to historical research, architectural surveying and damage analysis, and targeted protective repair programs were proposed.
