摘　　要：伴随着全球城市化进程持续加快,部分二三线城市的老龄化现象持续加重,城镇发展所面临的新一轮困境浮现在我们的面前。城市的青年人外流、城市就业岗位持续减少、基础设施建设老化、城镇高龄者比重增多等一系列问题制约着城市的进一步发展。在全球城市化循环进展中,城市正经历着从居民点、村庄、大城市、特大城市、巨型城市、收缩城市转变,这个发展过程正像是"人"需要经历生老病死一样,城市也会出现各种各样的问题,这些问题或许来自内部,或许来自外部,城市通过这些不同的问题,在不同的城市发展阶段中发展、融合、转变、孕育,从而获得重生。With the acceleration of global urbanization, the aging of some second-tier and third-tier cities turns more and more serious. A new round of dilemma in the urban development is emerging. A series of practical problems, such as outflow of the young people, continuous declination of city jobs, aging infrastructure construction, increased proportion of the aged, etc., are restricting the further development of the city. In the continuous development of global urbanization, the cities are experiencing the changes from habitat to village, big city, giant city, mega city and then city contraction, the process of which is like "human" experiencing the birth, aging, illness and death. The city may have various problems, which may be from the inside or outside. Through these problems, during different stages of development, the city realizes development, integration, change, incubation and then reborn.
