摘  要:以郑万高铁向家湾隧道IV级围岩段为研究对象,在隧址区工程地质条件野外调查、隧道施工过程中围岩地质信息编录和岩体力学测试的基础上,采用UDEC离散元软件分析全断面开挖工况下围岩的应力分布、变形和破坏特征。结果表明,向家湾隧道试验段采用全断面开挖会造成拱顶渐进式破坏,进而塌落形成水平拱。在仅对围岩作超前小导管注浆处理的情况下,全断面开挖工法不适用于IV级和V级软岩隧道施工。Taking the Class IV surrounding rock section of Xiangjiawan Tunnel along Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway as the research object,based on the field investigation of engineering geological conditions,geological information logging of surrounding rock in the tunnelling process and mechanical testing of rock masses,the discrete element software-UDEC was adopted to simulate the stress distribution,deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock under full-face excavation.The results show that the vault would collapse progressively and therefore form the horizontal arch after excavation by using full-face excavation in the testing section.When only the surrounding rock is grouted with leading conduit,the full-face excavation method is not applicable to the construction of class IV and classV soft rock tunnels.
