调和阴阳针法联合针刺夹脊穴对脑卒中后康复期患者运动及语言功能影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨调和阴阳针法联合针刺夹脊穴对脑卒中后康复期患者运动及语言功能的影响。方法将2016年3月至2018年4月本院缺血性脑卒中康复期患者106例随机分2组(各53例),对照组给予常规康复训练治疗,观察组加予调和阴阳针法联合针刺夹脊穴治疗,持续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后记录简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(Fugl-Meyer evaluation method,FMA)和失语症检查法(boston diagnostic aphasia test,BDAE)分级,进行常规随访。结果对照组有效率(81.13%)低于观察组(94.34%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组患者治疗后FMA评分分级、BDAE评分分级均有改善(P<0.01);与对照组比,观察组患者治疗后FMA评分分级与BDAE评分分级改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间观察组出现2例皮下血肿,稍疼痛,热敷后症状缓解,对观察试验无影响。结论调和阴阳针法联合针刺夹脊穴对脑卒中后康复期患者的疗效显著,可以改善运动及语言功能,且安全性高。Objective To explore the effects of harmonizing Yin-Yang needling combined with acupuncture at Jiaji(EX-B2)on motor and language function of patients with stroke in rehabilitation period.Methods Totally 106 patients with ischemic stroke during rehabilitation period in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with the method of harmonizing Yin and Yang needling combined with acupuncture at Jiaji(EX-B2)acupoint,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared.The patients were graded by Fugl-Meyer Evaluation Method(FMA)and Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Test(BDAE)before and after treatment,and were followed up routinely.Results The effective rate of the control group(81.13%)was lower than that of the observation group(94.34%),and the differences had statistical Objective To explore the effects of harmonizing Yin-Yang needling combined with acupuncture at Jiaji(EX-B2)on motor and language function of patients with stroke in rehabilitation period.Methods Totally 106 patients with ischemic stroke during rehabilitation period in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with the method of harmonizing Yin and Yang needling combined with acupuncture at Jiaji(EX-B2)acupoint,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared.The patients were graded by Fugl-Meyer Evaluation Method(FMA)and Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Test(BDAE)before and after treatment,and were followed up routinely.Results The effective rate of the control group(81.13%)was lower than that of the observation group(94.34%),and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the FMA scores and BDAE scores of the 2 grou
