摘 要:目的:以石蛙皮为实验主材料,提取胶原蛋白。方法:应用酸酶结合的方法,采用单因素实验筛选最佳胶原蛋白提取工艺。结果:经过筛选,提取工艺为:胃蛋白酶加入量为 3.0 ‰;酶解温度为 25 ℃;酶解时间为 24 h;料液比为 1∶20。结论:该工艺稳定可行,可用于石蛙皮中胶原蛋白的提取。Objective: use skin of Rana spinosa as experimental material, to extract collagen. Methods: the single factor experiment screening the best extraction technology of collagen, application combining with acid and enzyme methods from Wa skin extracted collagen. Results: after screening, extraction process: the adding amount of pepsin was 3.0 per thousand;enzymolysis temperature of 25℃;enzymatic hydrolysis time was 24h;solid liquid ratio of 1∶20. Conclusion: the process is stable and feasible. Can be used for the extraction of collagen in the skin of Rana spinosa.
