摘 要:通过对柱状活性炭、蜂窝活性炭、疏水分子筛对乙醇的吸附实验,对比其吸附效率和吸附容量随时间的变化曲线,探索三种吸附剂在废气治理领域的应用前景。结果表明,活性炭类吸附剂除了具有微孔外,还具有中孔结构,在一定范围内吸附性能优于疏水分子筛。柱状活性炭、蜂窝活性炭、分子筛可采用不同的工艺方式单独或组合应用于风量大、浓度低、间歇性排放的 VOCs 净化工程。Through the adsorption experiments of column activated carbon, honeycomb activated carbon and hydrophobic molecular sieve for ethanol, the curves of adsorption efficiency and adsorption capacity with time were compared to explore the application prospect of three adsorbents in the field of waste gas treatment. The results show that the activated carbon adsorbent has not only micropore, but also mesoporous structure, and its adsorption performance is better than that of hydrophobic molecular sieve in a certain range. Column type activated carbon, honeycomb type activated carbon and molecular sieve can be used in VOCs purification projects with large air volume, low concentration and intermittent emission by different processes.
