厌氧养猪废水混凝处理研究

摘　　要：采用脱氨剂和混凝剂处理厌氧发酵后的养猪废水,试验结果表明:脱氨剂用量为1000 mg/L时,可将TN从339.7 mg/L降低到119.8 mg/L,COD从1603 mg/L降低到868 mg/L,磷酸盐16.9 mg/L降低到7.0/L;混凝剂+脱氨剂处理,可将总氮从TN从394.5 mg/L降低到60.30 mg/L,TN去除率达到84.7%,磷酸盐从16.9 mg/L降低到3.7,去除率达77.8%,氨氮和磷酸盐达到了《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596-2001)规定的排放标准;COD从1570 mg/L降低到620 mg/L,去除率达到60.5%,接近达到COD为400 mg/L的排放标准,有利于后续处理的达标排放。The pig wastewater used in anaerobic fermentation was treated by the deaminating agent and coagulant. The test results showed that TN could be reduced from 339.7 mg/L to 119.8 mg/L, COD reduced from 1603 mg/L to 868 mg/L, and the phosphate reduced from 16.9 mg/L to 7.0/L when the dosage of deaminating agent was used in 1000 mg/L,and TN could be reduced from 394.5 mg/L to 60.30 mg/L, the phosphate reduced from 16.9 mg/L to 3.7 mg/L, which have reached Pollutant Discharge Standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding, and COD reduced 1570 mg/L to 620 mg/L, which is close to the Pollutant Discharge Standard, and which greatly reduces the load of subsequent treatment, by the coagulant any deaminating agent.
