摘 要:目的研究探讨SP和CBL相结合的教学模式在神经内科教学中的应用。方法从2017年6月—2018年5月期间,选择该院神经内科中的实习医生(60名)以及神经内科患者(60例)作为研究的对象,将其分为对照组(医生30名,患者30例进行常规教学)和研究组(医生30名,患者30例,进行SP和CBL相结合的教学),对比两组教学的效果。结果在教学效果评分数值对比上,研究组的数值相对较高;在患者对治疗的满意程度上,研究组的满意程度较高;在患者并发症发生概率的对比上,研究组发生的概率较低(P<0.05)。结论在进行神经内科的教学过程中采用SP和CBL相结合的教学模式能够有效地提高教学的效果,更好地培养实习医生的治疗水平。Objective To investigate the application of the combination of SP and CBL in neurology teaching.Methods From the period of June 2017 to May 2018,the interns(60 cases)and neurology patients(60 cases)in the neurology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(30 doctors,30 patients underwent routine teaching)and the study group(30 doctors,30 patients,combined with SP and CBL),comparing the effects of the two groups of teaching.Results In the comparison of the teaching effect scores,the value of the study group was relatively high;the satisfaction degree of the study group was higher in the patient's satisfaction with the treatment;in the comparison of the probability of occurrence of the patient's complications,the research group occurrence rate is lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode combining SP and CBL in the teaching process of neurology can effectively improve the teaching effect and better cultivate the therapeutic level of the intern.
