摘　　要：科技创新是引领发展的第一动力,人才是科技创新的第一资源,科技人才创新能力的大小,就主观因素来说,在很大程度上取决于思维方式是否正确。质疑批判性思维,是科技创新的基础与前提,欲提升科技创新能力与水平,就必须强化科技人才质疑批判思维能力的培养与提升。The innovation of science and technology is the key to the development,and the talents are the prime to innovation.The talents’capacity of innovation,to a large extent,depends on their mode of thinking.Critical thinking is the basis and core to scientific and technological innovation.It is essential to strengthen and cultivate the critical thinking ability of the talents in science and technology field.
