新时代统招专升本学生德育管理探索——以西安翻译学院2015级专升本学生为例

摘　　要：截止2019年底,我国民办高校数量742所,本专科在校生616.20万人,其中,专科生将近300万人。以西安翻译学院下设的二级分院——工程技术学院2015级统招专升本学生本科学习期间的德育管理为例。学院结合新时代学生个性较强,彰显自由等特点,从德育教育到德育管理,因材施教,不断引导学生健康成长;以学风建设为主,加强学生的德育教育,以3形成良好的班风;以国家政策为导向,立德树人为根本要求,结合课外活动,关注贫困学生,对于增强学生自信心,不断引导学生感恩社会,提高教育质量,所有这些,都有重要的现实意义。;This paper takes moral education management of undergraduates from engineering and technology school in Xi’an Fanyi University for example,and explores students’moral education and its management during their undergraduate study.The paper proposes that students should be cultivated in accordance with their aptitude due to their diverse personalities,and that students’ethics should he strengthened to form a good study atmosphere.Moreover,it is of great practical significance to strengthen students’confidence,to educate them in caring for the poor,and to guide them to be grateful to the society.
