类风湿关节炎患者晨僵体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 探索类风湿关节炎(RA)患者晨僵的真实体验。方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,分析12例RA患者晨僵的真实感受。采用Colaizzi内容分析法进行资料分析。结果 经分析、整理和提炼,将RA患者晨僵的真实体验归纳为4个主题:(1)接受现实;(2)妨碍日常生活;(3)注意身体活动与天气改变;(4)自我管理的需求。结论 RA患者对晨僵的体验具有复杂性、多变性的特点,医护人员应根据RA患者对晨僵的不同描述,采取针对性的健康教育,以帮助患者实现更好的自我管理。Objective To explore the experience of morning stiffness among patients living with rheumatoid arthritis and its impact on their lives.Methods Phenomenological methodology was used and 12 patients with RA were selected purposely.The qualitative inductive thematic data analysis was conducted.Results Four overarching themes were identified:accept reality,impact of stiffness on daily life,change of behavior and environment,requires self-management.Conclusion Patients'experiences of stiffness were varied,complex.Interventions should be taken to help patients manage their symptoms according to the description of morning stiffness.
