摘　　要：城中村改造工作是一项系统又复杂的民生工程,不但涉及社会多个领域,更是关乎社会和谐、国家繁荣。城中村是指在城市化进程中被纳入城市建设用地的村庄,这些村庄通常落后于时代发展步伐,存在城市规划滞后、村民居住环境差、基础设施不完善、用地管理混乱、治安形势严峻等问题。The transformation of urban villages is a systematic and complicated project of the people’s livelihood. It involves not only many areas of society, but also social harmony and national prosperity. Urban villages refer to villages that have been included in urban construction land during the urbanization process. These villages are usually lagging behind the pace of development of the times. There are many problems existed in the villages, such as lagged urban planning, poor living environment for the villagers, poor infrastructure, chaotic land management, serous security situation, and so on.
