摘 要:南水北调为北方城市提供了用水便捷,缓解了水资源的紧缺,但随着用水量的不断增大,水价的提升不可避免。本文以河北沧州为例,对南水北调通水后的供水价格和水源结构的变化进行分析,综合考虑水资源的全成本水价,结合民众的承受能力,探讨多水源水价制定策略。通过水价的调整使得当地水资源和外调水合理利用,从而实现水资源的优化配置。The south-to-north water diversion project provides convenient access to water for northern cities and alleviates the shortage of water resources.However,with the continuous increase of water consumption,the increase of water price is inevitable.Taking Cangzhou in Hebei as an example,this paper analyzes the change of water supply price and water source structure after the diversion of water from south to north,comprehensively considers the full cost water price of water resources,and discusses the strategy of multi-source water price based on people’s affordability.Through the adjustment of water price,the reasonable utilization of local water resources and transferred water resources can be realized to optimize the allocation of water resources.
