摘　　要：目的探讨超声联合磁共振动态增强及DWI成像对乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2017.04~2019.04收治62例经手术及病理检查确诊的乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,探讨两者检查的准确性。结果超声及MRI检查结果与术后病理检查结果相比,62例患者中,乳腺超声误诊7例,诊断率为88.70%;MRI误诊5例,诊断率为91.93%。结论超声联合MRI检查在乳腺肿瘤诊断中为临床提供更有价值的诊断信息,为临床治疗提供合理的方案。Objective To explore joint MRI dynamic enhancement and DWI imaging can the clinical value of diagnosis in breast benign and malignant tumor.Methods Methods 62 cases of breast tumor confirmed by surgery and pathological examination admitted to our hospital from April,2017 to April,2019.04 were selected as the research objects to discuss the accuracy of the two examinations.Results Ultrasound and MRI results compared with the postoperative pathological examination result,62 cases of patients,,misdiagnosed in 5 cases,diagnosis rate for 91.93%.Conclusion Ultrasonography combined with MRI examination can provide more valuable diagnostic information in the diagnosis of breast tumor and provide a reasonable plan for clinical treatment.
