摘　　要：随着社会经济结构转型,老旧工业区转型成为城市发展的重中之重&通过对老旧工业区成因的探究、后工业景观发展与影响的解析,明晰风景园林驱动下老旧工业区转型的理论支撑&随后对发展相对成熟的西方典型成功案例一一德国鲁尔区埃森市转型与仍未取得突破的案例一一美国底特律工业区升级转型进行实践剖析,提取总结出如何利用风景园林的手段驱动老旧工业区转型,并结合中国老工业基地城市现状进行分析,探讨如何将西方的成熟经验因地制宜地运用到国内老工业城市转型中,以实现城市发展的全面振兴.With the transformation of social and economic structure,the transformation of old industrial areas has become the top priority of urban developmenr!clarified the theoretical supposr of transformation of old industrial zone driven by landscape architecture through the exploration of the causes of the old industrial areas,the analysis of the development and the influence of the pot-industrial landscape.Then,it analyzed the typical cases,the transformation of Essen citr in Ruhe distriat of Germany,which was relatively mature,and the case of the upgrading and transformation of Detroit Industrial Park in the United States,which has not yet made a breakthrough.From that,it extracted and summarized how to use the landscape to develop the transformation of the old industrial areas.Based on theanaaysisootheau eentsituation ootheoad industeiaabaseaitiesin China,itaasodisaussed how toappaythe mature experienca of the west to the transformation of the old industrial cities in ordee to redize the overall revitalization of the urban development.
