摘  要:为了研究高大模板支撑体系在现场混凝土浇筑过程中的位移变形、应力以及立杆承载力的变化规律,采用新型MJBJ-1变形监测系统对北京大兴国际机场航站楼现场模架进行实时无线数据监测&测试研究表明:1)钢骨梁下的模架位移变形小于预应力梁下的位移变形,竖向位移均在顶端达到最大值,且延模架向下逐渐减小&最大水平位移发生在模架立杆的最上端和下方两道水平剪刀撑中间附近;2)预应力梁下立杆顶端内力至少为钢骨梁下立杆相应位置的1-57倍,立杆周边的水平杆同一截面处应力大小基本一致,立杆所受最大应力是水平杆的3~10倍;3)连杆所受最大应力约是水平杆的3倍,其受力状态与混凝土浇筑情况直接相关,最上端与中下端的应力值符号相反.To study the displacement deformation,stress and the change of the beering capacity of the tall formwork support system during the ccncrete pouring process,the new MJBJ-1 deformation monitoring system was used te monitor the reel-time wireless data of the on-site formwork of Beijing Daxing InternationaO Airport.Dest studies showed that:1)the displacement deformation of the formwork under the steel beem was smaller than the displacement deoomaeton unde ehep'eseessed beam,eheeeetcaedtspeacemeneeached ehemaitmum aeeheuppemosepae,and the displaccment was gradually decreesed downward,the maximum horizontal displaccment occurred neer the uppermost end of the formwork rod and the midd-e of the two lower horizontal scissors supports;2)the internal force of the top of the lower berm of the prestressed berm was at teest 1.57 times of the ccrresponding position of the lower beam o thesteeabeam.Thehortoontaarod stresseaauesaround thepoaewerebastcaasthesame,and themaitmum steeson thepoaewas3 to10 ttmesthato thehoetoontaaeod;3)themaitmum steesso theconnecttngeod wasabout theeettmesthato the ho etoonta aeod.The st eess state was d teect as ee aated to the conc eete pou etng cond tt ton.The st eess eaaueso theuppeemostend and theaoweemtddaeend weeeoppostte.
