摘  要:爆破块度分布影响因素众多,研究各影响因素的主次关系对爆破参数优化意义重大。基于正交试验原理,在白鹤滩旱谷地料场进行了4次爆破试验,以平均块度、级配料不均匀系数和大块率为试验指标,研究了炸药单耗、孔距和堵塞长度对爆破块度分布影响的敏感性。结果表明:不同试验指标的影响因素主次顺序不同;平均块度影响因素由主到次分别为炸药单耗、孔距和堵塞长度,级配料不均匀系数的影响因素由主到次分别为堵塞长度、炸药单耗和孔距,大块率则分别为炸药单耗、堵塞长度和孔距;旱谷地料场人工骨料开采时,炸药单耗0.35 kg/m^3,孔距6.0 m,堵塞长度4.5 m为最优爆破参数组合;正交试验可以次数最少的均衡试验得到爆破参数的最优组合,但需结合生产实践对爆破参数进行优化。Blasting fragmentation distribution is influenced by many factors,and it’s of great significance to study the sensitivity of those factors to optimize blasting parameters.Based on the principle of orthogonal test,4 blasting tests were carried out at Hangudi quarry in Baihetan.The sensitivity of specific charge,hole spacing and stemming length to the blasting fragmentation distribution was studied by changing the mean fragment size,the uneven coefficient of graded aggregate and the block rate.The results show that the order of influencing factors for different test indexes is different.The importance order affecting the mean fragment size is specific charge>hole spacing>stemming length.The main influencing factors of uneven coefficient of graded aggregate can be ranged as stemming length>specific charge>hole spacing according to the importance.The block rate is mostly affected by the specific charge,followed by the stemming length and hole spacing.The optimal blasting parameters combination of specific charge,hole spacing,and length of stemming is 0.35 kg/m^3,6.0 m and 4.5 m,respectively.The optimal blasting parameters combination can be obtained by the least times using orthogonal tests,but it should be adjusted according to the production practice.
