摘  要:为了改善预裂爆破效果、提高边坡稳定性,以长山壕金矿中的软弱岩层为研究对象,通过利用动力有限元分析软件ANSYS LS-DYNA,建立了三维单孔和二维双孔预裂爆破数值模型,再现了预裂爆破裂缝扩展过程,旨在得出孔间距与线装药密度、不耦合系数的函数关系,为不同要求的施工给出合理的参数。数值模拟结果表明:在软弱岩层预裂爆破中,炮孔直径为10 cm、11.5 cm、12 cm、7.5 cm,不耦合系数分别为4.55、3.59、4.29、3.75,炮孔壁能得到很好的保护,且预裂缝刚好贯通;线装密度一定时,在一定范围内孔间距随着不耦合系数的增大而增大,随着不耦合系数的减小而减小。In order to improve the effect of pre-splitting blasting and slope stability,this paper takes pre-splitting blasting in soft rock in Changshanhao gold mine as the research object.ANSYS LS-DYNA is employed to establish 3 D model with one hole and 2 D model with two holes,and the pre-splitting blasting crack propagation process is reproduced.A function of hole space,linear charge density and uncoupling factor is explored and a reasonable parameter design guidance for different construction is demonstrated.Simulation results show that in the pre-splitting blasting in soft rock,when blast hole diameter is 10 cm,11.5 cm,12 cm,7.5 cm,the corresponding uncoupling factors are 4.55,3.59,4.29,and 3.75,respectively.The borehole wall can be well protected,and the pre-crack can be cut-through.When linear charge density is determined,the hole space increases with increasing uncoupling factor and decreases with decreasing uncoupling factor within certain range.The pre-splitting blasting effect is obviously improved in actual construction with the new blasting parameters.
