摘 要:介绍了复杂环境下一座350 m钢筋砼简支梁式桥梁的爆破拆除实例。根据现场勘测及桥梁结构特点和周边环境限制,采用仅对桥梁的墩柱和系梁进行爆破的拆除方案。墩柱最底部采用钻双排孔,克服了圆柱形构筑物圆弧曲面对最小抵抗线计算的影响,确定合理的炸高,起爆网路采用逐跨延时爆破。为减少爆破振动、塌落振动及爆破飞石的危害,采用毫秒延时控制爆破,最小抵抗线方向背离较近岸边保护对象,桥台处采用堆沙袋、爆破体采用钢丝网捆扎,用多层竹笆近体覆盖等措施,取得了良好的安全效果。起爆后,大桥逐跨坍塌,被爆桥体塌落解体较充分。An example of blasting demolition of a 350 m reinforced concrete simply supported beam type bridge in complex environment was introduced.According to the site investigation and bridge structural characteristics and the surrounding environment restrictions,only the pier and tie beam of the bridge were demolished by blasting.Double row holes were drilled at the bottom of the pier,the influence of arc surface on the calculation of minimum resistance line of cylindrical structure was overcome,reasonable blast height was determined,the initiation network is step by step time delay blasting so as to reduce blasting vibration collapse vibration and blasting flying stone damage.The direction of the minimum resistance line deviates from the protection object near the shore,at the abutment,the sandbagged blasting body was tied with steel wire mesh and covered with multi-layer bamboo basketry,a good safety effect was obtained.After blasting,the bridge collapsed span by span,the collapse and disintegration of the exploded bridge was sufficient.
