摘  要:针对大孔径爆破常规连续堵塞方法易冲孔、大块率高等问题,基于炸药能量利用的基础理论,提出了一种"堵塞-空气-堵塞"的夹层式柔性堵塞结构。数值模拟结果表明:柔性堵塞单元应力峰值以一个数量级衰减,相比连续堵塞,上部岩体测点在20 ms之后内能快速增加,内能提高了25%~40%,更有利于上部岩石破碎。该堵塞技术在准东神新煤矿应用效果良好,冲孔现象明显改善,大块率大大降低,堵塞工作量减少40%以下。In view of easily punching and high yield rate of large diameter borehole blasting applied conventional stemming,based on the basic theory of explosives energy utilization,a feasible stemming structure,"Stemming-Air-Stemming" was proposed.The numerical simulation result shows that feasible stemming unit peak stress attenuates at one order of magnitude.The inner energy of upper rock mass is increased rapidly after 20 ms and improved by 25%~40%,helping breakage of upper rock mass compared to continuous stemming.The technology was applied excellent in Zhun-Dong Shen-Xin coal mine,and the punching phenomenon is obviously improved.The mass rate is greatly reduced and the work of stemming is reduced by less than 40%.
