摘　　要：目的:观察碳酸氢钠溶液联合派瑞松软膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎患者的效果。方法:选取真菌性外耳道炎患者160例为研究对象,依照患者入院时间单双号分组方式将其分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组给予碳酸氢钠溶液联合达克宁软膏治疗,观察组给予碳酸氢钠溶液联合派瑞松软膏治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、炎性因子水平与复发情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的88.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为6.25%,明显低于对照组的18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碳酸氢钠溶液联合派瑞松软膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎患者可有效提高疗效,降低炎性因子水平与复发率,效果优于碳酸氢钠溶液联合达克宁软膏治疗。Objective: To analyze effects of Sodium bicarbonate solution combined with Pevisone ointment in treatment of fungal otitis externa. Methods: 160 patients with fungal otitis externa were selected as the research subjects. According to the odd and even numbers of the admission time, they were divided into observation group(80 cases) and control group(80 cases). The control group was treated with Sodium bicarbonate solution combined with Miconazole nitrate cream, while the observation group was treated with Sodium bicarbonate solution combined with Pevisone ointment. The therapeutic effects, inflammatory factor levels and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results: After the treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than 88.75% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of IL-6, CRP, and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly lower than before the treatment, those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.25%, which was significantly lower than t18.75% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Sodium bicarbonate solution combined with Pevisone ointment in the treatment of fungal otitis externa can effectively improve the therapeutic effects and reduce the inflammatory factor levels and the recurrence rate. Moreover, it is superior to Sodium bicarbonate solution combined with Miconazole nitrate cream.
