摘　　要：随着糖尿病进程的发展,引起全身广泛性的并发症,对于患者的生活质量形成极大的威胁,由于以“药物治疗”为核心的卫生保健体系极大的增加了国民经济压力,运动辅助治疗成为糖尿病并发症治疗的有效手段,有氧运动以其良好的治疗效果受到患者推崇,但其改善Ⅱ型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关机制仍未完全阐明。本文对近几年运动辅助治疗糖尿病的作用以及可能机制进行综述,为T2DM的运动干预提供理论参考。With the development of diabetes,the widespread complications of the whole body pose a great threat to the quality of life of patients.The health care system with"medication treatment"as the core has greatly increased the pressure on the national economy.Adjuvant therapy has become an effective treatment for diabetic complications.Aerobic exercise is highly praised by patients for its good therapeutic effect,but its related mechanisms for improving typeⅡdiabetes(T2DM)have not been fully elucidated.This article reviews the role of exercise-assisted treatment of diabetes in recent years and its possible mechanisms,and provides a theoretical reference for T2DM exercise intervention.
