摘　　要：目的探讨至灵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾病的疗效及对患者肾功能的影响。方法随机选取医院2017年6月-2018年5月期间收治的80例慢性肾病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用至灵胶囊治疗,比较2组患者的治疗总有效率以及肾功能变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者肾功能指标水平相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组BUN、UAER、GFR水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性肾病临床治疗中,合理应用至灵胶囊可一定程度上提升治疗效果,改善其肾脏功能以及免疫功能。Objective To explore the curative effect of Zhiling capsule combined with valsartan on chronic nephropathy and effect on renal function.Methods 80 patients with chronic nephropathy in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with valsartan.The observation group was treated with Zhiling capsule on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the renal function indexes of the two groups were similar.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN,UAER and GFR in the observation group were significantly higher than of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic kidney disease,rational application of Zhiling capsule can improve the therapeutic effect,and improve its kidney function and immune function.
