双一流背景下中医药研究生拔尖人才培养的思考

摘　　要：文章从提升中医药研究生的生源质量、提高导师水平和层次、建立完善的中医药研究生分类培养体系、强化中医药研究生的过程管理等方面分析了“双一流”背景下中医药研究生拔尖创新人才的培养途径,以期探索出中医特色的研究生拔尖人才培养模式,使更多的中医药院校跻身“双一流”。This study attempts to give some suggestions of the Cultivation of the top talents of traditional Chinese medicine graduate students in the world first-class university and the first-class discipline,including the ascension of graduate matriculate quality,improving the level of a mentor and level,setting up perfect education graduate students of TCM classification system,strengthening the process management of TCM graduate students and other aspects.
