摘  要:为了贯彻中共中央、国务院“关于卫生服务体系,使社区居民都能够拥有自己的全科医师,教育行政部门要支持和指导卫生行政部门建立以毕业后医学教育为核心的全科医学教育体系”的精神,本课题在前期调研的基础上,围绕如何在高等中医药院校进一步深化医学教学改革,强化在校临床医学专业本科生社区卫生服务意识教育的同时,如何从中医全科人才的培养模式上寻求突破,为社区卫生服务机构培养实用型社区基层医疗人才进行了相关探索。In order to implement the spirit of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council that"about the health service system,so that community residents can have their own general practitioners,the education administrative department should support and guide the health administrative department to establish a general medical education system with post-graduation medical education as the core".Based on the previous research,this topic focuses on the following aspects:How to further deepen the reform of medical teaching and strengthen the awareness education of community health service for undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,how to seek a breakthrough in the training mode of general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine,and how to train practical grass-roots medical personnel for community health service institutions have been explored.
