摘 要:某腈纶装置870拉断机再割区皮辊存在高温现象,对生产及设备构成一定影响。文中对该拉断机再割区皮辊高温原因进行分析,得知拉断机再割区冷却系统设计不合理导致换热量不足、换热效率低是造成皮辊高温主要原因。通过重新设计冷却水系统并对拉断机再割区锥套进行改进,解决了拉断机的高温问题。The high temperature phenomenon existed in the roller in the recutting zone of an acrylic fiber unit 870, which had a certain influence on the production and equipment. This paper analyzed the causes of high temperature of the roller in the recutting area of the tensile machine, and found that the main reasons for high temperature of the roller is insufficient heat exchange and low heat exchange efficiency caused by the unreasonable design of the cooling system in the recutting area of the tensile machine. The high temperature problem of the tensile machine was solved by redesigning the cooling water system and improving the cone sleeve in the recutting area of the tensile machine.
